Responsibilities:

• Responsible for end-to-end procurement to payment operations on a day-to-day basis.
• Ensure error-free data capture.
• Liaise and coordinate with internal users, vendors, and suppliers.
• Managing IT Procurement Outsourced Team – Helping the IT procurement outsourced team wherever possible.
• Maintain excellent communication with all end users and other members of the technology department.
• Coordinate with IT Vendors for procurement.
• Coordinate with application PM for application login IDs/URLs.
• Coordinate with the central IS Team for security policy implementation.
• Ensure all activities related to rollout are complete as per the Checklist & signoff is completed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, software engineering, or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience, out of which at least one year managing the procurements and inventory in mid-range organization.
• Excellent command of the English language. (Writing and speaking).
