Responsibilities:

• Supervise the creation and delivery of powerful insights through improved data visualization and storyboarding.
• Oversee collaboration with internal and external partners to understand business requirements and desired outcomes.
• Supervise the execution of analytics plans using data mining and analytical techniques.
• Perform quality assurance checks on data and deliverables for all tasks performed.
• Respond to and resolve queries and issues related to the company’s medical management system and configurations.
• Provide user education and information via email and telephone in line with best practice guidelines.
• Log all user queries in the support management system for accurate tracking and resolution.
• Escalate unresolved issues to relevant teams or forward queries to the department head.
• Take the initiative to design and maintain procedures, such as templates, where appropriate.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or any related field
• 3-5 years of experience in analytics, applying statistical solutions to business problems.
• Strong knowledge of Python and SQL is required.
• English fluency is a must.
• Solid understanding of data, market intelligence, business intelligence, and AI-driven tools and technologies.
• General knowledge of web-based applications is an added advantage.
