Job Description:

• Performs requirements analysis for functional and non-functional requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders during the visioning and concept development of a product.
• Expert in Data modeling UML (Use Case Diagram, Activity Diagram), and Entity Relationship Model.
• Work with internal and external customers to analyze the needs and align product roadmap to strategic goals.
• Develop scope and define backlog items (epic/features/user stories) that guide the Agile software development team.
• Accountable for the created product(s), delivering in the product model, and communicating the product needs with business partners.
• Asses value, develops cases, and prioritizes stories, epics and themes to ensure work focuses on those with a maximum value that is aligned with product strategy.
• Develop and maintain an appropriately prioritized backlog of user stories for implementation.
• Act as an ambassador for the product internally and externally and as the primary contact for queries related to the product.
• Develop appropriately detailed specifications for the product features so they are clearly understood by the development teams.
• Ability to translate user stories into viable solutions within the product backlog
• Define acceptance and evaluation criteria.
• Design, develop and execute manual and automated tests for Web applications and mobile platforms.
• Perform the required type of testing (Unit Testing, Integration Testing, Regression Testing, Smoke Testing, Alpha Testing, Beta Testing, System Testing, Stress Testing, Performance Testing, Use Case Testing, Object-Oriented Testing, Acceptance Testing, White Box Testing, Grey Box Testing, Usability Testing, Security Testing, Agile Testing, DevOps Testing).
• Develop standards and procedures to determine product quality and release readiness.
• Participate in the full SDLC (Agile), including meetings, iterative development, and analysis.
• Follow software engineering best practices (code standards, code Review, source control management, build process, testing, and operations).
• Design, implement, and document procedures for process control, process improvement, testing, and CI/CD.
• Experience with Test Driven Development.
• Familiar with testing framework for JavaScript like (Jasmine, Protractor, Jest, Mocha, QUnit).
• Familiar with testing framework for .net like (xUnit.net, NUnit, MSTest, ReSharper, dotcover, fakeiteasy).
• Familiar with testing framework for Angular like (Testsigma, perfecto).
• Familiar with test automation framework for mobile apps (Appium, Espresso, Detox).
• Familiar with API test framework (Postman, RestSharp, SoapUI, hoppscotch).
• Familiar with CI/CD test framework (Jenkins, TeamCity, GitLab).
• Proficiency with Git/GiHub/Azure DevOps services (Azure Boards, Azure Pipelines (CI/CD), Azure Test Plans, Azure Artifacts).
• Familiar with agile software development projects and SCRUM framework.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Software Development.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as Scrum Product Owner.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as Software Quality Assurance Engineer.
• Holds any of the Scrum Product Owner certifications:
  • CSPO.
  • PSPO.

• Holds any of the Business Analysis certifications:
  • CBAP.
  • PMI PBA.

• Holds any of the Software Quality certifications:
  • Certified Software Quality Engineer (CSQE)
  • Certified Software Tester (CSTE)
  • Certified Tester Foundation Level (ISTQB)
  • Certified Software QualityAnalyst: (CSQA)
  • Certified Associate in Software Testing (CAST)
