Responsibilities

• Configure and customize ERPNext modules like accounts, inventory, HR, CRM etc. as per business requirements.
• Manage user access, permissions and security roles.
• Set up workflows, validations and programming rules.
• Perform system upgrades, data migration and integrations with other systems.
• Provide end user training and support. Troubleshoot issues and optimize processes.
• Generate reports and analytics from the system.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science/IT or related field is preferred.
• 3-6 years of experience with ERPNext implementation and administration.
• Experience with customizing ERPNext through modules, scripts, and development.
• Knowledge of accounting/finance processes is a plus.
• Knowledge of databases, programming and workflows.
