Job Description:

• Consult all stages of the implementation of Dynamics 365, including scoping projects and gathering requirements
• Capture and document user requirements in detailed functional specifications and translate those requirements into project deliverables
• Support the design of solutions that meet the company's needs in the best and most efficient way possible
• Provide project management support and run user training sessions.
• Design reports for customers using Microsoft AX & Dynamics 365
• Continuously improve product knowledge, including learning new products
• Support the Operations Director and Managing Director with research and any other projects as directed and as required
• Deal with all Health and Safety requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree
• 3+ years of Microsoft ERP implementation & support experience, preferably D365 Finance/Supply Chain/HR
• Microsoft certifications in Dynamics D365 Finance/Supply Chain are highly desirable
• ERP implementation experience
• Must have experience with dynamics 365 finance and operations
