Job Description:

• Supervise daily activities of the warehouse, including quality assurance, inventory control, space management, and shipping.
• Develop, manage, and operate an effective and efficient annual strategy for the division and be updated as necessary
• Meeting the required standards and quality of storing the goods and developing the required documentation.
• Supervise the team through action plans to implement the service level of agreement.
• Set a plan for documentation and keeping accurate records of warehouse activities.
• Overseeing receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations.
• Liaise with suppliers and transport companies.
• Perform any tasks required by his superior within the operations activities of warehouses’ responsibilities.
• Perform periodic (weekly/monthly) reports to the direct manager upon achievements and performance of action plans.
• Train, guide, and evaluate new warehouse workers.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree is a Must
• 10+ years of experience in the same role.
• Very good command of the English language
• Must have experience with construction companies.
• Expert in MS Office & ERP Systems.
