Job Description:

• Responsible for the transportation organization for all imports & exports (Raw Materials, finished goods/machinery).
• Responsible for the export documentation preparation, including certificate of origin and ensuring that customers receive their documents on time.
• Responsible for issuing all export sales invoices.
• Coordinating with the freight forwarders and the customers regarding the Vessel schedules and documentation status.
• Responsible for solving transportation problems for all export customers.
• Responsible for the logistics process for importing raw materials / finished goods /Machinery and Spare parts.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in international Transport & Logistics.
• Experience from 1 to 3 years in logistics.
• Excellent in English &French is a must.
• Expert in MS Office & Excel.
