RESPONSIBILITIES
Job Description:
- Buying and selling securities on behalf of the company.
- Evaluating trading algorithms.
- Implementing effective trading strategies.
- Working with quantitative researchers to improve trading strategies.
- Recording and reporting each day’s profit and loss.
- Regularly monitoring portfolios to ensure that they are guideline compliant.
- Keeping abreast with changes in the financial market.
- Assisting the company to attract new clients by maintaining and enhancing marketing materials.
- A solid track record and over 15 years’ experience in Procurement and Supply Chain in one or more of the commodities (Wheat, Grains, Edible oil).
- Highly motivated person with strong drive and challenge to the status quo
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in managing both internal and external customers
- Excellent negotiations and influencing skills
- Global network and connections across different suppliers and other manufacturers
- Supplier development and enhancement to ensure we are ahead of the curve on product costing
- Knowledgeable of international best practices and operations to help support and elevate the current model
