Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain Company fleet in Safe operational conditions.
• Optimize time & quality of repairs to Ensure spare vehicle availability.
• Optimize operation costs and Reduce Expenses by increasing the effectiveness of Maintenance, Repair, and other related functions.
• Validate and Approve repair costs and car user’s expenses as per authority matrix.
• Analyze corrective maintenance of all the vehicles.
• Develop team capabilities by coaching, training, and evaluating employees’ performance.
