Key Responsibilities:.

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies, policies, and procedures to optimize efficiency, minimize costs, and improve delivery timelines.
• Collaborate with senior management to align supply chain goals with overall business objectives.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential suppliers, evaluate their capabilities, negotiate contracts, and establish long-term partnerships.
• Monitor industry trends and developments to proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation within the supply chain.
• Manage the procurement process, including sourcing, purchasing, and contract negotiation, to ensure the availability of quality goods and services at competitive prices.
• Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods while maintaining optimal inventory levels.
• Coordinate and optimize the transportation and distribution of goods, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery to various locations within the hospitality company.
• Identify and mitigate risks within the supply chain, including disruptions, quality issues, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a must.
