Responsibilities:

• Keeping records/files in the computer about the company's purchases, suppliers, prices and items dealt with in a way that facilitates reference when needed.
• Setting policies and all necessary conditions for completing purchasing operations.
• Conducting a good study of the market and determining the status of competing companies and institutions.
• Arranging and recording all data related to purchasing operations according to the specified records.
• Bringing samples of the items to be purchased from the market to inspect them with the requesting party before deciding on the purchase.
• Following up on the arrival of items and ensuring that they conform to the specifications stated in the purchase order in coordination with the warehouses and the requesting party.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or any relevant field.
• 4 to 6 years of experience.
• Knowledge in Metal industry.
