Getting the best usage of owned and outsourced equipment.

Main Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Allocate required equipment to projects according to Project Managers requirements.
• Hiring drivers and follow up their performance.
• Supervising site reps.
• Preparing equipment needs plan according to projects requirements and decide on owned/outsourced split.
• Recording equipment data.
• Manage heavy trucks with high volume.

KPIs:

• Equipment Utilization (%).
• SLA with Project Managers.
