Job Description:

• Receives requests for purchase from concerned units.
• Instructs purchaser to contact approved suppliers for quotations.
• Reviews quotations and decide on the best offer.
• Reviews purchase order, and initiate his approval
• Notifies concerned units of the purchase order confirmation.
• Search new suppliers for quality of materials and low price.
• Reports to the General Manager of the work progress.
• Analyzed monthly purchase by statistic data including price.
• Determines purchase target in monthly and yearly.
• Manages and controls all activities of his sub-units.
• Corresponds with others related to his work.
• Attends sectional heads meeting with the Admin. Manager, or General Manager
• Evaluates employees under his direct supervision's performance.
• Initially approves leaves for the employees under his direct supervision.
• Prepares budget of his sub-unit.
