Job Description:

• Responsible for export documentation and data for all shipments.
• Responsible for the execution of export documentation requirements for shipments to destinations.
• Ensure that all documentation meets export regulations.
• Arrange details of shipments with forwarders, carriers as necessary for exports - import, Adhere to all ISO Procedures and Work Instructions.
• To be sure that Documents of exported shipments to ensure that they are in compliance with customs rules and regulations.
• Consulting with customs agents to ease passage of shipments through customs, Counsel clients on matters like tariffs, insurance, and quotas.

Qualifications:

• Solid background in logistics issues, importing and freight forwarding processes.
• Experience : 3 - 5 Years.
• Other Skills : Very good computer user, able to issue reports on Excel sheets
• Age range: 25 - 35 year old
• Gender : Male Only
• Perfect computer soft skills.
• Perfect communication & coordination skills.Reporting to the Logistics Manager.
• Can handle many tasks at the same time.
• Excellent skills dealing with different departments
• Very good knowledge of English (written and spoken), ideally with Arabic knowledge
