A multinational company located in Badr City is hiring a Warehouse Manager
RESPONSIBILITIES
Job Description:
- Manage warehouse inbound and outbound operations in raw material, packaging material, finished goods, consumables, in compliance with the company’s policies and vision.
- Use space and mechanical handling equipment efficiently, making sure quality, budgetary targets and environmental objectives are met
- Keep stock control systems up to date and make sure inventories are accurate
- Monitoring staff performance and progress
- Motivate, organize and encourage teamwork within the workforce to ensure productivity targets are met or exceeded
- Produce regular reports and statistics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
- Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security in the work environment, for example, ensuring that stock such as chemicals and food are stored safely
- Bachelor Degree of Engineering in any discipline.
- Previous experience as a warehouse supervisor or a similar management position.
- Time management skills and the ability to delegate.
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry software.
- Problem-solving skills.
