Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the supply chain and procurement strategy.
• Manage procurement operations and supplier negotiations.
• Evaluate supplier performance and build strategic relationships.
• Manage inventory and ensure optimal levels.
• Demand planning and sales forecasting accuracy.
• Manage import operations and customs clearance.
• Coordinate with warehouses, shipping, and distribution.
• Optimize costs and reduce waste.
• Monitor performance indicators and continuously improve operations.
• Lead and motivate the supply chain team.
• Collaborate with sales, finance, planning, and product departments.
• Apply best practices and utilize modern technologies and artificial intelligence in management.

Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience of no less than 10 years in the supply chain and procurement field.
• Experience in retail or luxury products sectors is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of import and customs clearance.
• Leadership experience in managing teams and projects.
