A multinational company located in Sheraton is hiring an Import Ocean Specialist
RESPONSIBILITIES
Job Description:
- Receive Rate request from Agent / Sales / Client Checking rate ( liner & agent )
- Customer Quotation, offer rates to sales department, customers.
- Implement Operation Process ( Import) as follow: Record instructions, documents of customer
- Inform Customers with rates , original documents ,issued invoices, payment
- Report cost & Revenue to financial department
- Experience Background: Freight Forwarder
- Years of Experience: 1-3 Years
- Computer Skills: Excellent in MS office suit
- Language Proficiency: Excellent in Arabic and English (written and spoken)
