Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee shipment processes from initiation to delivery.
• Verify and process relevant shipping documents.
• Handle registrations and ensure compliance with customs requirements.
• Collect and verify customs clearance documents in coordination with partners.
• Manage NAFEZA account and handle all related tasks.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders to ensure smooth logistics operations.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in logistics and supply chain management.
• Proficiency in English for effective communication with international partners.
• Hands-on experience with ACID/NAFEZA systems, including creating ACID requests, managing shipments, and supporting foreign partners with Cargo X uploads.
• Proven ability to manage relationships with freight forwarders and negotiate favorable terms for various types of cargo.
