A multinational company located in Cairo is hiring a Logistics Coordinator position
RESPONSIBILITIES
Job Description:
- Responsible for logistics export and import operations.
- Ensure the daily follow-up of the logistic flows.
- Continuous optimization of logistic operations and costs.
- Coordinate with service providers for transport and customs clearance of the imported goods to our warehouse.
- Arrange deliveries of goods to customers (including customers in Free Zone).
- Cooperate with the sales and accounting department for logistics topics.
- Costing of the received goods.
- Bachelor of Commerce/ or Logistics with experience in purchasing and logistics
- Minimum 3 years experience.
- Knowledge of import/export procedures (incoterms, payment terms, customs)
- Knowledge of ERP systems
- Fluent in English
- Well organized
- Excellent communication skills
- Working under pressure
- Good working knowledge of MS office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
