Responsibilities:

• Ensuring the integrity of import documentation.
• Timely preparation of import documentation for all air and sea shipment requirements.
• Preparing and maintaining a delivery schedule and communicating with all relevant departments.
• Track shipments across different channels.
• Develop weekly tracking reports and outline/schedule for all open orders.
• Comply with all Applicable Laws and regulations related to Health and Safety Rules.
• Maintaining a good relationship & interaction with team members and stakeholders, keeping company information private & confidential.
• Responsible for achieving the company's objectives and maintaining a professional and tidy appearance.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience.
• Strong working knowledge of Excel.
• Very Good English Level.
