A multinational company located in 6th of October is hiring a SC Order Operations Specialist position
RESPONSIBILITIES
Job Description :
- Handle and respond to customer inquiries concerning products and/or services
- Processing customer orders in SAP system after checking the pricing and ensure timely and accurate invoices are in place.
- Ensure timely communications with our (3rd party suppliers ) to ensure orders delivery on time.
- Coordinate with the responsible collector(s) to ensure the invoices are delivered on time to the customers.
- Attend and resolve the disputed invoices on time and communicate the new amended invoices to the related collector(s) and customers.
- 2 to 3 years related experience in customer service on pharmaceutical ,medical care ,FMCG or industrial companies.
- Experience on handling different customer segments (B2B) , (B2C) & (B2G) is a must.
- Excellent communication skills.
- SAP user is preferred.
- Good knowledge on excel is advantage.
- Multinational experience is advantage.
- Fluency in English is preferred.
