Job Description: 

• Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and carriers to schedule pickups and deliveries and track shipment status.
• Manage inventory levels and stock availability, ensuring optimal stock levels to meet customer demands.
• Communicate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to address any logistics-related issues or concerns.
• Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to continuously improve logistics operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree is a must.
• Fluency in English is a Must.
• 3-5 years of experience in Customer Care.
• Hands-on experience with sales tools such as CRM software.
• Ability and willingness to learn about products and service specifications and benefits.
• Patient and friendly personality.
