"Customer Services Operations Officer" is required for an international government and diplomatic services company located in 5th Settlement.
RESPONSIBILITIES
𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:
- Handle customer queries.
- Collect and scrutinize visa application documents.
- Manage cash and bank transactions accurately.
- Record and maintain application data.
- Oversee passport delivery logistics.
- Inform applicants about Value-Added Services.
𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:
- Bachelor's Degree is a must.
- Excellent to Fluent Command of English in both written and spoken.
- Customer Service experience or training preferred.
