Responsibilities:

• Handle customer/applicant queries personally.
• Document scrutiny and collection of applications for visa processing.
• Effectively resolve customer problems and ensuring satisfaction.
• Providing information and support regarding products or services offered by the company.
• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Working with other departments to address customer needs effectively.
• Inform the applicants about the available Value-added services and ensure delivery of value-added service options to applicants.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree is a must.
• Excellent command of English in both written and spoken.
• Customer Service is Experience or Training is Preferred.
