An international company is hiring a Customer Service position in (Cairo-Alexandria-Tanta-Suez-Matrouh-Port Said-El Menia-Suhag) (*For a 3 months project*)
RESPONSIBILITIES
Job Details & Requirments
- Working days : from sunday to thursday (Full time : 8 hours or Part time : 4 hours)
- Days Off : Friday and Saturday
- Bachelor Degree : in any field
- Managing customer service inquiries
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Good computer skills
