A multinational company located in Heliopolis is hiring a Customer Service Local Officer
RESPONSIBILITIES
Job Description:
- Follow direct and indirect local customers (Distributors and OEM's) - Main place of work: Office Salah Salem - customer visits will be required
- Make market surveys by visiting potential markets like downtown, sabteya, basous (Transportation allowance will be provided for the visits)
- The candidate has to be very dynamic and active and to respond to phone calls and emails during and outside office time
- The suggested salary is a starting salary that will be modified according to the competence of the person
- Preferable female, veiled, good looking.
- Foreign languages is not needed
- Experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role
- Familiarity with our industry is a plus
- Experience using help desk software and remote support tools
- Understanding of how CRM systems work
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Multi-tasking abilities
- Patience when handling tough cases
- BSc in Information Technology or relevant diploma
