A reputable company located in 5th settlement is hiring a Marketing & Communication Director
RESPONSIBILITIES
Job Description:
- Executing marketing strategies, including advertising, promotions, sponsorships, market research, etc., to align with business priorities & deliver against company objectives
- Developing metrics and specifications to track program performance, measuring program performance, & making recommendations based on results
- Defining internal & external communications to promote EBC & the new Egypt NPS
- Defining the marketing budget to ensure that all campaigns, programs, & activities are within allocated budget
- Education: Marketing / Communications degree, MBA preferred
- Work experience: 15+ years in senior marketing / communications role with proven track record in B2B and consumer marketing, experience in financial services is a clear advantage
- Fluent in Arabic & English, strong cultural knowledge of Egyptian market
- Strong written & verbal communication skills
- Strong leadership skills
