Responsibilities: 

• Develop, own and communicate the brand’s strategic direction , positioning, tone of voice, and storytelling.
• Define product claims, ingredients stories, and benefits that align with brand values.
• Plan and execute creative marketing campaigns across digital, social, retail, and medical channels.
• Manage external agencies to activate social media platforms for maximum impact and results (posts, influencers, media buying).
• Work with sales team to activate ground activation and KOLs management in the CHC domain including focus on activating large pharmacy chains.
• Monitor KPIs and sales performance and adjust activities to maximize impact and performance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy.
• 1 to3 years Cosmeceuticals/Pharmacy OTC.
• Excellent in English (spoken and written).
