Responsibilities

• Perform operational tasks related to music service delivery on all digital platforms.
• Coordinate with social media, YouTube CMS, digital media content ingestion and delivery.
• Provide training to Digital Operations Executives and Music Team.
• Demonstrated experience and a passion for the social technology universe (i.e., Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok, Flickr, blogs, G+, LinkedIn, wikis, RSS, social bookmarking, discussion forums and community software).
• Ensure timely delivery of content batches to the different clients according to the delivery plan.
• Solve assigned content delivery incidents on time, document the solution, and conduct preventive actions if any to avoid service disruption.
• Responsible for operation process optimization for digital channels including YouTube, Digital Media, social media and other optimization platforms.
• Should solve daily music operation related issues.

Requirements:

• Educated to a degree level preferably within a digital media or music environment.
• 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing.
• English proficiency is a must.
• Solid understanding of digital marketing channels and social media platforms.
• Experience in market research and analysis.
• Good knowledge and experience of using YouTube and other music platforms with extensive experience in monetization.
