Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the visual concept development for advertising and marketing campaigns, overseeing the creative direction of design projects.
• Manage a team of designers and collaborate with copywriters, ensuring a cohesive and visually striking execution of creative concepts.
• Provide hands-on design expertise, creating high-quality graphics, layouts, and visual elements for campaigns.
• Review and approve design concepts, ensuring they align with brand guidelines and client objectives.
• Present creative concepts and design solutions to clients and internal teams, effectively conveying the creative vision.
• Oversee the production and delivery of design assets, ensuring they meet project deadlines and quality standards.
• Foster a culture of creativity, innovation, and continuous improvement within the design team.
• Stay updated on design trends, emerging technologies, and industry-best practices, and sharing insights with the team.
• Collaborate with project managers and account executives to manage client expectations and deliverables.
• Conduct regular design reviews and provide feedback to team members for skill development and improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field. (Not compulsory).
• Proven experience in art direction and graphic design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative design work.
• Excellent leadership and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
