“Business Performance Lead” is required for a reputable manufacturing company located in 10th of Ramadan.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement performance frameworks aligned with company goals.
- Analyze structures to identify performance bottlenecks and improvement areas.
- Support managers in job analysis and KPI development.
- Audit and align employee objectives with business strategy.
- Generate dashboards and insights for leadership decision-making.
- Lead performance review meetings across departments.
- Train staff on performance tools and data-driven decision-making.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, finance, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in performance management or related role.
- Fluent in English is a must.
- MBA is preferred.
- HR/OD background is a plus.
