Job Description:

• Identify and target potential clients within various industries who require contract logistics services.
• Proactively prospect and build relationships with key decision-makers to secure new business opportunities.
• Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction with our contract logistics services
• Prepare and deliver proposals and presentations that effectively communicate the benefits of our contract logistics services.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, forecasts, and reports.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, warehousing, transportation, and finance, to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to increase brand visibility and forge valuable partnerships.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management.
• Fluency in English is a Must.                                           
• (4-5) Proven years of experience as a Business Development Manager within the logistics or supply chain industry.
• Proficiency in using CRM software to track sales activities and manage leads.
• In-depth knowledge of contract logistics to understand clients' complex requirements.
• Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
