Responsibilities:

• Review submitted payment requests by various departments for suppliers are in line with the governing policies & procedures.
• Responsible for assigned vendor account reconciliations and necessarily follow up action.
• Review staff Travel and Expense reimbursement claims in accordance with company policy.
• Support in the closure of payable transactions Local and Offshore Transactions.
• Process invoice booking / payment processing in comply with the Company Cash Flow Planning.
• Financial analysis, investment management, risk assessment, corporate finance.
• Managing the additions and disposals of FA and maintaining its register.
• Auditing and verifying financial documents.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance/accounting is a must.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience working in Finance Department including some experience within AP function.
• Excellent English is a must.
• SAP experience is a must.
• Advanced MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint experience.
