Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end order-to-cash (O2C) process for the company, including billing, collections, and cash management.
• Provide strategic direction and operational leadership for all O2C initiatives.
• Develop and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and process flow charts for O2C processes.
• Analyze collection processes and establish best practices for all receivable types.
• Effectively build sustainable relationships across business and finance departments to drive proactive collection involvement.
• Manage trade spending booking in coordination with BU controllers, ensuring compliance with clients' contractual agreements.
• Lead the account reconciliation process through deep dives and direct collaboration with the sales team, credit manager, and BU controllers.
• Ensure effective and regular communication with clients to drive compliance with credit terms and timely cash collection.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or any related field.
• 10+ years’ experience in accounting, particularly in a Shared Service Centre setup.
• Advanced MS Excel skills.
• Excellent English proficiency is a must.
