Job Description :

• Provides leadership in the development for the continuous evaluation of short and long-term strategic financial objectives.
• Ensure credibility of Finance group by providing timely and accurate analysis of budgets, financial trends and forecasts.
• Take hands-on lead position of developing, implementing, and maintaining a comprehensive job cost system.
• Perform risk management by analyzing the organization’s liabilities and investments.
• Direct and oversee all aspects of the Finance, Accounting and Taxes functions of the organization.
• Evaluate and advise on the impact of long range planning, introduction of new programs/ strategies and regulatory action.
• Set up and oversee the company’s finance IT system.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with senior executives so as to identify their needs and seek full range of business solutions.
• Provide executive management with advice on the financial implications of business activities.
• Manage processes for financial forecasting, budgets and consolidation and reporting to the Company.
• Ensure compliance with the law and company’s policies.
• Enhance the development of technical, interpersonal and leadership skills of the team under his supervision.
• Handles any other related requirements of the position as per the chairman requirements in compliance with job nature.

Qualifications :

• Computer Skills:Excellent in MS office suit 
• Language Proficiency: Excellent in Arabic and English ( written and spoken )
• Bachelor Degree: In Accounting or any equivalent to it.
• Experience Background : Industrial 
• 20 years of working experience, 5 of which in similar position
• Cost accounting experience in the industrial field
• Extra certification is an asset MBA, CMA, CPA, etc..
• High leadership skills
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
