Responsibilities:

• Oversee the company’s full financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Manage daily accounting functions (GL, AP/AR, bank reconciliations) and ensure accurate monthly and annual financial statements.
• Lead cost accounting activities, including product costing, BOM analysis, inventory valuation, and pricing strategies for personal care manufacturing products.
• Monitor financial KPIs, perform variance analysis, and support management in strategic decision-making.
• Ensure effective cash flow management, working capital optimization, and financial risk control.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations, financial policies, and coordinate with external auditors for annual audits.
• Develop financial models to evaluate new products, expansions, and investment opportunities.
• Collaborate with production and supply chain teams to support cost optimization and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (MBA or CMA/CPA is a strong plus).
• 15 years of experience in finance/accounting, with at least 3 years in a managerial position, preferably from the Pharmaceuticals, Cosmeceuticals, or Personal Care Manufacturing industries.
• Fluency in English is a Must
• Strong experience in manufacturing cost accounting and product costing models.
• Solid understanding of financial regulations, taxation, and compliance.
