Job Description: 

• Manage the preparation of the company’s budget. 
• Provide financial reports and interpret financial information to managerial staff
• Advise on investment activities and provide strategies that the company should take.
• Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results, and the company’s actual performance compared to the business plans.
• Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.
• Oversee finance department operations, set goals and objectives, and design a framework for these to be met.
• Liaise with auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances is maintained.
• Correspond with various other departments, discussing company plans and agreeing on future paths.

Qualifications:

• BSc degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics.
• Experience from 8-10 years in the Retail and FMCG industry.
• Expert knowledge of accounting standards.
• Expert knowledge of financial analysis tools and methods.
• Excellent in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
