A global Company in the field of Oil & Gas located in Sheraton required a Female Corporate Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
RESPONSIBILITIES
Requirements:
- 10 years of experience in accounting with oil field services companies.
- Extensive experience in Financial Management, Financial Reporting and handling of treasury related matters.
- Extensive experience in evaluating design and operating effectiveness of Internal Controls, formulation of policies & procedures, system development and implementation.
- Experience in external and internal auditing.
- Worked on acquisitions and financial due diligence.
