Job Description:

• Support in the closure of payable transactions Local and Offshore Transactions
• Review submitted payment requests by various departments for suppliers are in line with the governing policies & procedures
• Responsible for assigned vendor account reconciliations and necessary follow-up action
• Review staff Travel and Expense reimbursement claims under company policy
• Monitor aging vendor aging monthly, to clear issues if any on time
• Process invoice booking/payment processing in compliance with the Company Cash Flow Planning.
• Preparation of the Rent schedules Calculations
• Ensure Governmental Dues are paid in time.
• Managing the additions and disposals of FA and maintaining its register
• Monitor, manage, and resolve supplier queries/complaints
• Perform accruals while ensuring supporting statements and workings are in the attachment

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting is a must
• Minimum 3 years experience working in Finance Department including some experience within the AP function
• SAP experience is a must
• Analytical & Numerical skills, Attention to detail
• Good written & oral communication skills
