Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the costing team to ensure accurate and timely cost calculations.
• Develop, implement, and monitor cost accounting systems, documentation, and records.
• Prepare and review product costing reports, comparing standard and actual costs.
• Conduct variance analyses (materials, labor, overhead, production efficiency) and recommend corrective actions.
• Oversee the preparation of cost budgets, forecasts, and profitability reports.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and external regulations.
• Provide reliable cost data to support management in pricing and strategic decisions.
• Monitor inventory valuation, cost of goods sold, and stock reconciliations.
• Analyze cost drivers and identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field (CMA or Cost & Budget Management certification is a plus).
• Minimum of 10 years of experience, including at least 7 years in manufacturing.
• Experience in the textile industry is a must.
• Strong user of SAP and Microsoft Office Suite.
