Responsibilities:

• Oversee all financial and accounting functions including budgeting, reporting, treasury, and financial control.
• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business goals and corporate plans.
• Manage financial planning, forecasting, and variance analysis to support executive decision-making.
• Supervise and guide finance teams to ensure compliance with accounting standards and local regulations.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and liquidity positions; manage banking relationships and financial facilities.
• Ensure timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Review cost structures and margins to identify opportunities for efficiency and profitability improvement.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax advisors, and external stakeholders to maintain financial integrity.
• Drive continuous improvement across finance processes, controls, and reporting standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• 15–20 years of total experience, including at least 10 years in manufacturing (textile industry is a must).
• Fluent in English is a must.
• Proven experience in treasury and financial control functions.
• Advanced SAP user and implementor; proficient in MS Office Suite.
• Professional certifications: CFA, CPA, and/or CMA are required.
