Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee all production activities to ensure efficiency, safety, and high-quality output.
• Continuously refine production workflows to enhance efficiency, minimize costs, and align operations with business objectives.
• Mentor and develop the production team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and operational excellence.
• Ensure all production processes meet industry standards, implementing corrective actions when necessary to uphold quality.
• Manage production schedules to ensure timely product delivery while aligning output with customer demand and organizational goals.
• Job location: Port Said.

Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Industrial, or a related field.
• 20+ years of experience in production management or a leadership role within manufacturing—preferably in industries such as transportation,automotive, or heavy equipment manufacturing.
• Extensive expertise in optimizing production processes, enhancing efficiency, and maintaining consistent product quality.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, lean methodologies, and quality control standards.
• Preferably based in Port Said.
