Main duties:

• Analyze data and create accurate statistical forecasts.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance to review sales plans, budgets, and demand drivers.
• Recommend adjustments to forecasts based on budget updates and latest financial estimates.
• Facilitate planning meetings to align demand, sales plans, and promotional activities.
• Maintain demand planning systems and generate relevant reports.
• Monitor stock levels to prevent shortages and ensure healthy inventory levels.
• Analyze aging materials and address recurring issues.
• Ensure sales quotations align with budgets, targets, and sales plans.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering or a related field.
• 4 + years of experience in demand planning,
• Proficiency in demand planning systems.
• Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent collaboration and communication abilities to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
• Familiarity with inventory management and stock monitoring processes.
