Responsibilities:

• Implement and enforce company SOPs for policies and procedures.
• Review, audit all revenue transactions & monitor the collection of cash and credit sales from debtors & ensure timely collection.
• Reconcile daily balances and transactions between the Mira system and Oracle ledgers.
• Review VAT for applicable sold items & stamped deferred invoices, ensuring seal conformity with contracts.
• Responsible for archiving and reviewing files related to debtor.
• Conduct customer visits for balance verification and confirmation & annual and surprise inventory audits for company-owned warehouses.
• Familiarity with International Financial Reporting Standard (IFRS) 15 and Expected Credit Loss (ECL).

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in commerce - Accounting is a must.
• Very good command of MS Office .
• Oracle & Mira background is a must.
• 3 to 5 years of experience.
