Job Description:

• Managing and increasing sales by maintaining and developing customer accounts.
• Actively developing sales from new and lapsed customers.
• Growing the account base, through proactive and structured account reviews.
• Continually maximizing profit through effective account management.
• Achieving individual sales targets and managing each of your customer accounts to the agreed level.
• Providing an excellent level of service to all customers.
• Forecasting future sales and buying patterns for key accounts.
• Keeping your Team Leader informed of any significant developments with key customers.
• Compile and present internally monthly, quarterly and annual reports.
• Cold call prospective clients and follow up on leads within assigned vertical to introduce them to company's products, application solutions and services to generate opportunities
• Develop relationships and leverage channel. Train channel partners on the company's products and technical solutions and developing a vertical selling plan focused on channel leverage. Including prospecting, account planning and lead generation with channel partners; building relationships and developing opportunities with channel partners by effectively communicating and demonstrating solutions
• Develop and deliver sales presentations via phone, video conferencing and webcasts to close sales in a professional and effective manner

Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree:
• Education related to Library, Education with MBA in Marketing or Business Administration.
• Experience Background: Library
• Experience : 4-6 years.
• Computer Skills: Excellent in Microsoft Office
• Language Proficiency: Excellent in Arabic and English
