Job Description:

• Monitor and record financial transactions according to Group policies & procedures and applicable local regulations.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations and other month-end reconciliations (i.e.: petty cash, travel expense reports, etc.)
• Record closing journal entries (i.e.: adjusting entries, reconciling accounts, etc.) at each period end and keep the supporting schedules updated.
• Record inter-company transactions and assist with reconciliation at period end (inter-company matrix and balances confirmation).
• Reconciliation of accounts payable/receivable (sub-ledgers) including aging balances analysis;
• Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
• Recommend financial actions by analyzing accounting options.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• Fluent English is a must.
• 1-3 years’ accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of accounting procedures.
