Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all aspects of payroll processing, including salary calculations, deductions, and tax filings.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll updates including new hires, terminations, and changes to pay rates.
• Collaborate with HR and finance departments to ensure alignment and accuracy of payroll data.
• Prepare and present detailed reports related to payroll expenditures and tax deductions.
• Stay informed about changes in Egyptian payroll and tax laws.
• Participate in audits and support monthly closing as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of Egyptian payroll and tax laws.
• Proficiency in payroll software (Oracle) and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
