Job Description:

• Update QB with daily transactions related to Petty cash, banks, AR, AP, prepaid & accrual.
• Maintain fixed asset register & book monthly depreciation entry.
• Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliation.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly tax declarations.
• Prepare weekly, Monthly & quarterly reports.
• Follow upon AR ageing & collections updates.
• Monitor & settle employees' advances on regular basis. 
• Any related other tasks as may arise.

Qualifications:

• Computer Skills: Excellent in Microsoft Office
• Language Proficiency: Excellent in Arabic and English (written and spoken)
• Years of Experience: 4-6 years
• Bachelor Degree: Bachelor of Commerce Accounting Department
• Experience Background: Pharmaceuticals or FMCG background
