Job Description :

• Resolve account receivable issues or queries.
• Accurately perform daily reconciliations of cash, check and credit card transactions.
• Analyze and reconcile bank statements and general ledgers
• Post journal entries for the daily revenues, and Embassy liabilities.
• Reconcile and maintain the cash reconciliation.
• Reconcile and maintain embassy liability on daily basis.
• Preparing the daily payment for all the embassies.
• Review reconcile the advances petty cash. and the relevant documents
• Review reconcile the refund payments, and the relevant documents

Qualifications :

• 2 – 3 years experience.
• Good knowledge of excel.
• English Is a must.
• Bachelor of commerce.
• Can work under pressure.
• knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Technical accounting skills
• Previous experience of general accounting
