An international company located in Cairo is hiring an Operations Supervisor position
RESPONSIBILITIES
Job Description:
- Admin review of the certification/Recertification packages:
- Follow up with the auditors on the audit report submission KPIs
- Preparing the audit package and communicating with RCL for approval.
- Coordinate the solving of RCL queries, defects
- Sending the audit report to the client on time
- Follow up the operation KPIs with all the CER team
- Weekly follow up the KPIs
- Distribute the KPI(s) out of target to the concerned person
- Admin review and coordinate of the training courses:
- Prepare the IRCA training package and uploaded.
- Archiving all the completed training courses material
- Manage all the training materials, and ensure the use of the last version
- University Degree in engineering or business administration.
- 5-7 years of experience
- Proficient in MS Office
- Excellent Command of Spoken and Written English language
